THE FLEX ZONE

The Flex Zone at Restoration Massage & Bodywork is bringing assisted stretching to a new level. With guidance from the Flexologist, the stretches will help relax and elongate the muscles, reduce stiffness and/or soreness, and increase mobility and range of motion.

Our certified Flexologist will manually guide you through a sequence of stretches on a table or standing. You can choose between 30-minute or 60-minute sessions. We suggest that you wear comfortable clothes for this service. Before each session, an individual assessment will be performed to ensure the best outcome for the session.

This service is excellent for anyone post-surgery or post-injury and anyone interested in active recovery after exercise or strenuous activities. Everyone can benefit from stretching! Once you have experienced assisted stretching, you will quickly realize it is a critical part of your self-care routine.
